Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You write clearly and understand what makes content resonate with its audience – why some headlines capture attention while others go unnoticed. You have experience creating content for a company or personal brand.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Polish would be an additional advantage.
  • You have experience in the technology industry, working with digital products or in an engineering environment. This enables you to understand clients’ needs and communicate technical topics clearly.
  • You have experience speaking with executive management and feel comfortable discussing both business and technology, as well as engaging in informal small talk, for example at conferences and trade fairs.
  • You understand fundamental design principles. You can look at a slide or social media post and assess why it works or what needs to be improved. You are confident using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma and Canva, as well as AI tools that support the creation of visuals for sales proposals.
  • You recognise what needs to be done and take action without waiting for tasks to be assigned. You are comfortable working through iterations, receiving feedback and continuously refining your work. You test new solutions and stop pursuing those that do not deliver results.

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Creating compelling presentations for proposals, client meetings and internal communication, turning research and analysis into persuasive stories.
  • Creating engaging social media content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, such as posts, videos and carousels.
  • Writing white papers and other thought leadership content that showcase Univio’s knowledge, experience and perspective.
  • Developing and optimising content by testing different approaches, learning from data and continuously refining our narrative.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex topics into clear, engaging and compelling messages.
  • Travelling for business when required, including attending conferences and industry events.

Good projects need good teams!

We are looking for a marketer to join our international Polish-German team and support Univio’s marketing activities in the German market.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work with a Munich-based team German- and English-speaking professionals responsible for growing Univio’s sales in Germany. At the same time, you will become part of our marketing team working from Wrocław and Kraków, partly remotely.

You will be responsible for creating and developing our content narrative, from the initial idea through to analysing its impact. You will prepare presentations supporting our sales activities, create engaging social media content and develop white papers that strengthen Univio’s position as an expert. This is a hands-on, creative role in which you will work independently and have a genuine impact on the results.

We’d like to get to know you, so please send us:
1. your CV, including anything you are particularly proud of;
2. two or three paragraphs describing a piece of content or a project that you consider genuinely good, together with an explanation of why;
3. links to three or four examples of your best work, such as presentations, posts, videos or other materials that demonstrate how you think.

Important: Please do not send us a generic application. We want to see specific examples of your work. If you are unable to share materials for confidentiality reasons, describe the project, your role and the results achieved.
