We would like to inform you of the planned merger of Univio sp. z o.o. and Global4Net sp. z o.o. Below, we are making the merger plan available to you. We encourage you to read it.
The Management Boards of Univio sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, KRS (National Court Register) No. 0001205824 (the “Acquiring Company”), and Global4Net Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, KRS No. 0000608120 (the “Acquired Company”), acting pursuant to Article 500 § 2(1) of the Commercial Companies Code (KSH), hereby make public the Merger Plan adopted on 19 October 2026.
The Merger Plan was prepared pursuant to Article 491 § 1 in conjunction with Articles 498, 499 and 516 § 6, and Article 492 § 1(1) of the Commercial Companies Code. It is being made available on the websites of the companies participating in the merger from 20 October 2026, continuously until the end of the shareholders’ meeting adopting the resolution on the merger. The documents referred to in Article 505 § 1(2) of the Commercial Companies Code are also available for download below.
