Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a role with a similar scope of responsibility (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager), including team or project portfolio management.
  • Practical knowledge and documented experience in managing projects in the Data & AI domain.
  • Experience in team management, motivating and developing employees’ competencies.
  • Very good knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Ability to manage projects delivered in a Fixed Price model.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Highly developed analytical skills, understanding of the technical aspects of IT projects, and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling relationship-building with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate technology into business value.
  • Proactivity, independence, and the ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Fluent Polish and English (min. B2/C1), enabling smooth communication in an international environment.

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Oversight of the project portfolio within the Data & AI domain.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery of projects in accordance with the company’s business objectives.
  • Resource allocation, budget planning, and monitoring of budget execution at the portfolio level.
  • Substantive oversight, mentoring, and support for the team.
  • Maintaining high standards and best practices in project management within the team.
  • Direct management of key or the most complex implementation and development projects.
  • Full responsibility for the project lifecycle – from analysis and planning, through execution, to deployment and closure.
  • Managing schedules, budgets, scope, and risks across assigned projects.

Nice

  • Certificates confirming project management competencies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, LeSS, SAFe).
  • Technical experience in software development or IT systems architecture.
  • Experience in delivering cloud projects.
  • Knowledge of German.
  • Experience in managing distributed teams.
