Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • Solid knowledge of civil law, copyright law, and company law
  • At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Accountability for assigned tasks, executed with high diligence
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience or skills in contract negotiation
  • Proficient in English at C1 level

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Drafting documents, especially commercial and partnership agreements in the IT sector, ensuring the company’s interests are properly protected
  • Active participation in business discussions and negotiations, with attention to key legal aspects
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to the team across a wide scope of matters – including contract law, corporate law, labor law, intellectual property, and compliance
  • Supervising the security and flow of documents and confidential information
  • Conducting internal training sessions to raise the team’s legal awareness

  • Experience in technology law / IT law
  • Involvement in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects
  • Familiarity with IT project methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Proficiency in labor law
  • General understanding of tax-related matters
  • Legal trainee status, completed legal training, or attorney-at-law / legal advisor qualification

The Legal team are our guardians of compliance and legal security. On a daily basis, they support other teams in a wide range of legal matters, prepare, negotiate, and review documents, handle corporate bodies, monitor regulatory changes, and make sure every signature is placed where it should be – and on the right terms. The team consists of three legal counsels and a Data Protection Officer.
