Requirements
/ Your Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce with a strong understanding of the IT industry
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Confident in defining project requirements (DOD, DOR, acceptance criteria)
- Ability to analyze and model business processes (UML, BPMN)
- Expertise in supporting sales processes from a business perspective
- Knowledge of integrations with PIM, ERP, and payment systems
- Independence, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration with developers
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with external clients and creating business-technical documentation, with fluency in English
Duties

- Identifying and analyzing business needs of clients
- Selecting the best solutions tailored to business expectations
- Close collaboration with the implementation team throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Supporting the development team in understanding client requirements
- Creating and updating business-technical documentation
- Preparing and conducting training sessions for clients and system users
- Providing expert support for sales processes
- Introducing and promoting best practices within the analytical team

- Have knowledge of web application architecture
- Experience working with APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL)
- Familiarity with the Mirakl platform
