Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the IT environment
  • Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to clearly define project requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria)
  • Skills in analyzing and modeling business processes (UML, BPMN)
  • Experience supporting sales processes from a business perspective
  • Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment providers
  • Self-reliant, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Proficient use of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with external clients and preparing business-technical documentation, along with fluent English

Duties

  • Identifying and analyzing clients’ business needs
  • Selecting the best solutions tailored to business expectations
  • Close collaboration with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Supporting the development team in understanding client requirements
  • Creating and updating business-technical documentation
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions for clients and system users
  • Providing business support for sales processes
  • Implementing and promoting best practices within the business analysis team

  • Knowledge of web application architecture
  • Experience working with APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with the Mirakl platform
