Requirements
/ Your Skills
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Architect or in a related role
- You have worked with e-commerce systems and have been involved in their implementation for at least 3–4 years
- You know how to build relationships with clients and actively listen to their needs
- You have excellent communication skills – both with clients and technical teams
- You speak English at a B2/C1 level and can communicate fluently in an international environment
- You understand agile software development principles and feel comfortable in an IT environment
- You are familiar with e-commerce ecosystems and can view them from both business and technological perspectives
Duties
/ Your Role
- Supporting clients in understanding and defining their business needs during the analysis and sales stages
- Conducting meetings with clients — remotely or on-site — and advising on the best possible e-commerce solutions
- Creating business concepts aligned with the client’s goals and strategy
- Coordinating business process mapping — from defining the scope, through activities and outcomes, to value stream maps
- Collaborating with a team of analysts and business architects to create a cohesive solution architecture
- Supporting development teams in understanding business objectives and building their engagement in the project
- Preparing analytical documentation and project requirements — from initiation to completion
- Standardizing the analytical team’s approach, sharing best practices, and developing work methods
