Requirements
/ Your Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role with a similar scope of responsibility (e.g., Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager), including team or project portfolio management.
- Proven hands-on experience in leading e-commerce projects.
- Experience in managing teams, motivating them, and developing employees’ competencies.
- Excellent practical knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to manage projects delivered under a Fixed Price model.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Highly developed analytical skills, understanding of the technical aspects of IT projects, and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1), enabling smooth communication in an international environment.
Duties
/ Your Role
- Oversight of the e-commerce B2B project portfolio.
- Ensuring strategic alignment and on-time delivery of projects in line with the company’s business objectives.
- Resource allocation, budget planning, and monitoring of budget execution at the portfolio level.
- Substantive oversight, mentoring, and support for the team of Project Managers.
- Maintaining high standards and best practices in project management within the team.
- Direct management of key or highly complex implementation and development projects for B2B e-commerce platforms.
- Full ownership of the project lifecycle – from analysis and planning, through execution, to deployment and closure.
- Managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks across assigned projects.

- Certifications confirming project management competencies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, LeSS, SAFe).
- Technical experience in software development or IT systems architecture.
- Knowledge of the German language.
- Experience in managing distributed teams.
