Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including highly complex projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in a role with a similar scope of responsibility (Delivery Manager / Portfolio Manager / equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience in project controlling and profitability management
  • Ability to plan and optimally allocate resources at the project portfolio level
  • Experience with Fixed Price projects, with full accountability for financial results
  • Very good knowledge of agile project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing project teams
  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong data-driven mindset (e.g. Power BI)
  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level)

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Full business and financial accountability for teams and projects within the Data & AI domain
  • Project portfolio management – ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and on-time delivery
  • Ongoing financial controlling: analysis of budget reports (Power BI), monitoring project profitability, and initiating corrective actions when needed
  • Planning and optimal allocation of resources (human and financial) across teams and the entire portfolio
  • Direct leadership of key and most complex projects – full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and risks
  • Facilitating team collaboration and removing impediments impacting delivery effectiveness
  • Supporting sales processes and client relationships, including participation in negotiations
  • Mentoring, development, and substantive oversight of delivery teams

  • Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, LeSS, SAFe)
  • Technical background (software development / IT architecture)
  • Cloud project experience
  • Knowledge of German language
  • Experience working with distributed teams
