Requirements
/ Your Skills
- University degree in a relevant field or current status as a university student.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations (CIT, VAT).
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Positive attitude toward process and task automation.
- Proficiency in computer use and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Duties
/ Your Role
- Working with accounting books.
- Verifying documents for content, formal, and accounting accuracy.
- Managing document flow using the OCR system (Insert).
- Issuing sales documents.
- Supporting fixed asset records management.
- Ongoing analysis of the accuracy of account entries.
- Recording accounting documents and bank operations.
- Entering data into internal systems.
- Participating in the closing of reporting periods in line with internal requirements.
- Supporting the accounting department in daily tasks.

The Finance & Payroll Team is an important department within the organization, responsible for managing Univio’s financial and payroll-HR matters. Our mission is to diligently perform accounting and tax duties in order to provide reliable financial information that supports effective management of financial and human resources. On a daily basis, we ensure the proper functioning of Univio in all financial and employee-related areas. We prepare financial statements, oversee compliance with legal and tax regulations, and handle settlements with our employees. Our work is not just about numbers and documents – we serve as a key support function for all Univio companies in financial and HR matters.
