Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • Proven experience in implementing e-commerce systems and managing digital projects
  • Strong knowledge of product management, category management, and e-commerce operations
  • Knowledge of IT ecosystems, digital platforms, and integration principles
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and development teams
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence, agile methodologies, and project reporting
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to activate and coordinate team members
  • Business-level English (B2/C1)
  • Solid experience managing e-commerce or digital transformation projects
  • Ability to build trust and communicate confidently with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in pre-sales activities or business consulting (strong advantage)
  • Hands-on familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Identify and engage potential clients across digitally oriented industries, including companies undergoing or expanding their digital transformation
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to proposal development, negotiation and closing
  • Develop tailored solutions based on each client’s operational goals, digital maturity and long-term vision
  • Build strong, lasting business relationships, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including presales, strategy and consulting — to deliver solutions that create measurable value
