Requirements
/ Your Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end technologies
- Experience working with REST APIs and WebSockets
- Very good knowledge of React
- Knowledge of Next.js
- Experience working with Headless architecture and Headless CMS systems, such as Strapi
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Knowledge of shadcn, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, Vite, and React Testing Library
- Experience in optimizing front-end applications, particularly in terms of performance and Core Web Vitals
- Attention to the quality of delivered code and knowledge of static code analysis tools such as ESLint, Prettier, or similar
- Knowledge of the Git version control system
- Experience working with AI tools, e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and the ability to use them effectively in everyday programming tasks
- Openness to modern software development methodologies, including the use of AI and the Spec-Driven Development approach
- Experience in identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities, as well as making informed decisions regarding their impact and priority

- Conducting code reviews
- Monitoring code quality and optimization
- Estimating task effort in JIRA
- Participating in project meetings
- Supporting the team in technology selection — within a leadership role

- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
- Knowledge of TanStack Start (TanStack Router), Zod, React Hook Form, monorepo (Turborepo)
