Requirements

  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find practical solutions
  • Capability to perform minor repair work
  • Ability to respond quickly to faults and irregularities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability on an occasional basis during office hours

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Efficient execution of tasks related to the technical maintenance of the office
  • Ensuring proper upkeep of office equipment (repairs, servicing, minor furniture and equipment assembly)
  • Preparing and maintaining workstations
  • Supervising the proper condition of company vehicles
  • Receiving and handling internal requests
  • Managing the access control system and company mobile phones
  • Cooperating with external service providers
  • Carrying out trips related to office supplies and ongoing company operations
  • Providing ongoing technical support to employees
  • Inventory management of office equipment and furnishings
  • Performing minor maintenance and facility-related tasks
