As a market leader in construction material distribution in Poland, SIG aimed to create a loyalty program that not only boosts sales but also strengthens business relationships across all channels, regardless of where the customer makes a purchase.
This gave rise to SIGup – a proprietary B2B loyalty program developed in close collaboration with Univio, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing technological development.
The program is fully integrated with SIG’s e-commerce platform, uniting online and offline purchasing into a single cohesive model that supports sales, loyalty, and business growth.

- Social responsibility – ability to donate points to charitable causes (e.g., over PLN 1.1 million raised for charity initiatives)
- AI and hyper-personalization – advanced analytics and personalized offers based on customer behavior
- The program delivers benefits for customers (rewards for purchases), program partners (additional points for selected products – a tool for promoting specific brands), and SIG’s sales staff (internal incentive competitions).
- Univio provided comprehensive technological support, including system architecture design, integration with the ERP system and the e-commerce platform, development of analytics and personalization tools, as well as ongoing maintenance and optimization of the loyalty system.
