A new marketplace player has emerged in Europe, starting its expansion with Poland. The solution belongs to Sea Ltd, the Singapore-based technology group of billionaire Forrest Li. Initially, the platform was focused on commerce in the C2C model, but it is increasingly developing its B2C capabilities.
