This year, for the first time, we were a partner of one of the largest events aimed at the retail industry in Poland – Retail Summit, which took place on March 29-30 in Warsaw.
The event was attended by more than 2,000 participants and 249 speakers, including representatives of Univio.
During this two-day event, we had the opportunity to address two topics:
- “How to carry out digital transformation without harming your health?” – during a speech on the Digital Innovation stage, Piotr Wrzalik, Head of Market Strategy Univio, together with Patryk Dolewa, Chief Technology & Business Transformation Officer of Gemini Poland, talked about how to shape healthy cooperation between IT partner and customer, based on our experience of implementing a complex digital transformation project at Gemini Poland.
- “Personal interactions that will delight your customers”. – the panel led by Łukasz Rychlinski, Head of Business Development Univio, included representatives from Plente, VOX and Ania Kruk, who discussed how personalization affects building positive customer experiences and increasing sales, as well as the role of artificial intelligence in this process.
