Univio with a New Strategic Team and a Refreshed Offering with a Strong AI Component

  • The dynamic development of artificial intelligence is driving the next wave of digital transformation in the market. Univio has already adapted its business model to these changes and is now finalizing work on an offering that responds even better to companies’ needs.
  • The company has also redesigned its management structure — six leaders of key areas have been promoted to C-level positions to form the management team together with the current Management Board. In the background, in line with arrangements made with the new investor and market demand, a succession process is underway.
  • One of the main priorities for the coming months will be expansion in the German market under the leadership of a newly appointed manager.

Univio is consistently implementing the transformation plan developed jointly with the Value4Capital fund. In the next stage, the company strengthened its management structure and appointed a nine-person strategic team at the end of March. It consists of current Management Board members: Grzegorz Kuczyński — Chief Executive Officer; Grzegorz Rudno-Rudziński — Chief Growth Officer; Marek Lose — Chief Financial Officer, as well as managers responsible for key areas of the business who have taken on C-level roles. As a result, the team has been joined by: Paweł Peryga — Chief Technology Officer; Tomasz Gutkowski — Chief Commercial Officer; Tomasz Konarski — Chief Delivery Officer; Patrycja Maćkowska — Chief Accounting Officer; Daniel Majchrzak — Chief Operations Officer; Marta Jarosik — Chief People Officer. As part of the ongoing succession process, the company’s target management structure assumes the recruitment of an external manager for the position of CFO.

A Higher Level of Management

The new team is already co-responsible for the company’s most important decisions — from strategy and investment directions to oversight of business goal execution. Structuring these roles at the C-level simplifies the decision-making process and strengthens the company’s position in relations with business partners.

The change marks a shift away from a model based primarily on the founders toward a more distributed and flexible management approach, enabling efficient project execution in selected business areas. This is particularly important in a world where technologies — including AI — are developing faster than ever before, and business requires rapid decision-making. That is why Univio, as a technology company delivering comprehensive digital transformation projects, has reviewed its management model and the way strategic decisions are made.

“Univio is developing a team capable of shaping an ‘anti-fragile’ organization — one that not only adapts to change, but can also use it as a source of competitive advantage. In today’s reality, winning in a volatile market thanks to an experienced team is becoming one of the key success factors,”
says Grzegorz Rudno-Rudziński, CGO of Univio.

An Offering Powered by AI Capabilities

At the same time, improving the company’s offering remains the main driver of changes in its organizational structure. It is the direction of service development that determines which competencies are needed within the management team. The growing role of artificial intelligence has placed this technology at the center of Univio’s strategy.

Today, the company is focused on two key challenges faced by its clients. On the one hand, there is pressure to innovate and invest in new technologies; on the other, pressure to improve operational efficiency through better use of resources. Taking into account current conditions and the need to combine technological expertise with business understanding, Univio has created a new role. Paweł Peryga has joined the C-level team as Chief Technology Officer.

“The overwhelming pace of change in technology and business means that clients need guidance in navigating this complex reality. They expect effective solutions and sound decisions that will allow them to grow and address challenges efficiently. When technology quickly becomes widespread, the advantage gained from its adoption disappears just as quickly. Companies that operate purely reactively will always be one step behind those that build their advantage in advance,”
says Paweł Peryga, CTO of Univio.

He adds:

“Technology leadership is not about implementing everything that is new or following every trend — it is about consciously choosing directions and having the courage to invest before solutions become obvious. That is why we are using our industry experience and our flexible offering, now updated with AI, to respond to changing market needs and deliver a new model of cooperation.”

Direction: Germany

Univio is gradually transferring responsibility for the execution of the company’s strategy to a management team originating from within the organization. This includes not only formal changes, but also taking over client relationships and responsibility for business development.

In the coming months, the company will focus on delivering its key business objectives. Priorities include the development of international operations — particularly in the German market — and the creation of a scalable and profitable offering adapted to new technological realities. As part of its international expansion, Peter Makovitzky has joined Univio’s team in Germany as General Manager Europe. He has more than 25 years of experience in the software and consulting industry, and in the past supported technology processes for global companies such as Bosch, Synlab, Continental, Scania, Wago, T-Mobile, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover. In the DACH region, he will work together with Michael Sommer, Managing Director of Univio.
